The company has no money to fix anything> The only option they have is to sell shares to the public in order to pay for mandated dam repairs that they have put off for years now. The program to charge "tap" revenue has been in place for years as well and no revenue has come from it.
Management is self serving and any money they do bring in will be first paid to management imo.
They once owned a vegetable farm that shareholders were told was the greatest revenue/profit producer . That is until the sold the farm and filings revealed just how much money they had lost and they sold at a huge discount because they were not collecting rent money on their highly publicized MJ greenhouses.
The stock did a free fall from the mid 70 area down to low 10's. there have been a couple of bounces as the speculators have been playing fast and loose with the stock.
