People visiting, professionals, are 100%sure about what they have visited.
Are they more or less reliable than someone only guessing?

SIAF issue shares as a way of financing their plan going forward.
They get 55c per new share. Must be a sign of that 30c pps is wrong?
A supplier knows more than the market, right?

So issuing shares make sense.
The share price is what it is at every given moment.
I bet on that it will go up.

On top of 5c in cash. On top of the TRW distribution.
