Explained nothing to all yet again, but let this super smart investor "ME" explain just a little inclinging about the BYOC SS. I would expect intelligent investors to be able figure out the rest, opps.

If anyone reads the filings, they should recognize the names and locations... all public knowledge.

Can't wait until its decided to finally cancel those shares, on most likely, a higher exchange.
