BLDV PPS at .01 ??? Technology?

You all realize that for BLDV Stock to rise to a penny there would have to be $60,000.000 ( 60 Million Dollars in Value) based on around 6 Billion Shares. Remember !! One share for just about every human on the Planet Earth. Current value at .0006 share price with 6 billion Shares is around
$3,600.000 ( 3 million six hundred thousand ). Does anyone honestly see over 3 1/2 million dollars in value with this stock ???
