The case was dismissed after the judge reviewed all of it. Rosen got his "facts" from a hit piece on SA. I suspect Rosen expected the company to settle out of court and didn't care whether or not what he filed was accurate.

What should be also be highlighted is that ctix(ipix-today) attempted to counter sue at that time, and failed. Nobody lost anything, other than retail investors.
