I use the Gold.Usually I start patients out on 2 softgels 2 times a day. I believe an effective dose is about 25 mgs of cbd. Each gel is 15 mgs.
If they want they can add 2 more in the afternoon. Most find this adequate.
I sell a lot of the balm. Fantastic. I have patients mix it equally with pain a trate from Melaleuca. 4 -5 times a day. Great for pain. I use the cheaper balm. Works great.
If a person is taking a lot of the gold I like to mix in the green capsules once in a while as well. It has the leaves and twigs with it. Therefore any problems that would result from too much of the active ingredient will be negated or antidoted by the cofactors contained in the rest of the plant.
This is why drugs being become addictive or produce problems. The cofactors are thrown away.
