While the final price for the NSAV share buyback/buyout isn't fixed yet, it will be nowhere near the normal (at best) 10 to 20% above the market price. It will be substantially more than that or many times more than that.

Just to clarify, this reduction is not like the previous reductions of the authorized shares or A/S, which are shares that NSAV can issue, but shares already issued and will be bought back by NSAV. This is what you all have been waiting for and
