What is serious in no SEDAR filing. Last one was May 4th. They had filed every 90 days for quite some time. Now they have missed the 90 day window by more than a month.

Wonder if the issue is operating funds. They have all the other matters worked. But no operating funds means no construction bond sale. No construction means no revenue. My opinion is on hand money is holding up the deal.


And the current USA vs Canada trade fight is not helping raise funds.
