H-joe as we knew it appears to be toast. The so-called new products seems to be another attempt to create stock selling opportunities using older ideas. However is also appears that h-j-oe are possibly facing other lawsuits about copyright infringement. Time will tell as veal or h-j-oe do not have to announce other lawsuits.
