Biotrack has 2 significant service interruptions in same week

Here's the story about IL, no article about WA but I heard they tried to deflect blame and say other service providers had the same providers and they (the other service providers) shot back heavy. Essentially telling biotrash to stop talking for them and lumping them in with their shotty software.

I don't see this stock going above 1.75 without a major overhaul to the software and executive staff at BT.
