For those who claim to be medical doctors, I challenge you to compare the number of subjects in the Otezla Phase 2 trial to the number of subjects in the previous Prurisol Phase 2 trial.

For the Phase 2 Otezla trial CC-10004-PSOR-004

...It is important to note that the proportion of subjects achieving PASI-75 (30%) is similar to the 24.3% seen in Study CC-10004-PSOR-003, where subjects could not enter the trial if they had failed therapy with cyclosporine pr biologic therapy.

Compare Otezla to Prurisol
Within just 84 days 46% of patients receiving 200mg per day of Prurisol with “moderate” psoriasis achieved IGA 0/1

THAT IS AMAZING!!!

What do you expect for those that took 300 mg per day (150 mg every 12 hours) or 400 mg per day (200 mg every 12 hours)?

My guess is that for Prurisol 150 mg BID the percentage of subjects that achieve PASI 75 will be 67% +/- 15% (52%-82%) or better.
