First , we dont know if mono is more than 48 weeks away ???? Why would you say that ??? Complete study is 48 weeks ..

On 525 mg we at little over 70% success , and I believe that FDA was looking for this number ..

And most probably Pro 140 will be approved next year for combo . Many changes may come with this.

With MS they have extremely good results in pre-clinical study.
I have a feeling that FDA will give them fast clinical study soon.

Lets not forget FDA knows Pro 140 and safety profile of it !!!!

IMO every other indication will go much faster now , including GvHD .
