I have a position here and I keep going back and forth if this company is going to really do anything of significance or will the shares be worthless.

Is all of this work, tweets etc. by Ryan Fishoff just scamming investors? I would have less doubts if I hadn't found so much evidence of wrongdoing by Alfred Culbreth https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=97563082

The water is definitely NOT first to market (not even close) just google, there's more than one competitor with CBD water and for sale right now. How does this make the company "first to market" or desirable?

This new President David Schechtmann found him a few times with pics with models and some sparse info but he hasn't even posted anywhere he's the President of the company. As a lawyer he's supposedly been involved in the company for 5 years so he knows Alfred Culbreth, was he privy to Alfred's misdeeds?

My goal here isn't to dump on the company or bad mouth, as I said I have a position and my concerns seem to be warranted. Given that we don't have a working website when 7 months ago there was Superbowl Party advertising done?

More concern is so many press releases like this one where Alfred Culbreth is still attached.

Tell me how is it any real investors or major companies will take HIPH seriously when a child can google Alfred and find significant dirt. HIPH loves press releases it would have been a great idea to disconnect the company from Alfred to start with, launch the product with a working website.

What's David done since starting with the company 8/9/18 or did he decide to not take the position after all? How do you have intellectual property when you aren't first to market and CBD water is all over the place already?

I'm just a reasonably intelligent guy asking what I would consider standard questions certainly not in depth probing as any major VC, investor, company would do. Without logical answers to these questions I can't see how we're going to go anywhere.
