Exactly seeking alpha isn’t saying Cronos committed fraud like Left has but notes the stock is completely pumped over Diageo rumors. They don’t have the current production or revenue that is even close to any of the major LPs this stock will end up at $6 sooner rather than later. No major alcohol or Pharma, big tobacco, etc is going to buy a stake in this company at the current valuation. Look at the financials this company invests nothing in R&D.
