thanks again -sounds fishy -especially, who is selling shares (company or

private holders ) and what the money is being used for : very vague description in S1 ---management etc ,in addition to acquisitions .

What portion for each -this sale could be by insiders-they would still

make a considerable profit (got shares so heavily discounted and as bonuses

could also be in prep for sellout of company for CHEAP and they get

management jobs. WHO OWNS RECENT PATENT FILING ? company or individual.?
