VMGI...'MIGHT know William'? Hello! Who do you think
put this deal together? Trump? lol These guys both ski, spend time and or live in the Denver area. Nick made a fortune with a ski that is becoming known as the best ski in the world. William is still part of VMGI and they both have convertibles worth a mountain of common shares. That info post covered all of this, even the name of the skis, the date the convertibles become sellable as common shares...we are talking billions of shares and it also stated William is still 'with' VMGI...his actual position/function was unknown at that time.
