What are you talking about? Did you even read the monitors 5th report. A lot has changed from the last round. We have two qualified bids from strategic buyers with a binding letter of intent now. They even deposited 10% of the purchase price. There are also 9 bids for liquidation but at this point a buy-out or a merger is looking almost certain.
