GNCC - I spent some more time tracking it more closely here

I hadn't found the New Mexico business entities because I really didn't spend any time looking at what exactly the Lynn Stockwell group owned, etc. I was more focused just on the stuff Dempsey Mork was doing with the hijacked GNCC shell. It looks like there are lots of New Mexcico entities that were set up for this Bright Green group of businesses during 2015 and 2016.

Bright Green Group of Companies (which I assume is the parent company of all the others) went into bad standing and was revoked in June of 2018.

On August 15, 2018 Stockwell had it reinstated.

So adding the New Mexico info to my old notes we have the following time line of events:

After hijacked the GNCC shell through the Nevada courts, Mork reinstated the entity in Nevada as Genco Corp on 5/26/17.

https://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=cSUCB%252bCmYRN1VZ5tjJ3pQQ%253d%253d&CorpName=OXFORD+CORPORATION

On 12/19/17, Mork changed the name of the Genco Corp shell to Oxford Corporation at the Nevada SOS

Some time by around the end of 2017/start of 2018, Mork found a buyer for the shell in Lynn Stockwell who was involved in several Bright Green entities based out of New Mexico.

On 1/16/18, Mork made an Oklahoma business entity named Bright Green Cannabis Inc

On 1/16/18, Mork made a Wyoming business entity named Bright Green Cannabis Inc

On 1/17/18, Mork merged the Genco Corp Nevada entity (Oxford Corporation) into the Bright Green Cannabis Oklahoma entity effecting a name change for the hijacked shell to Bright Green Cannabis Inc.

On 1/26/18, Mork merged the Bright Green Cannabis Inc Oklahoma entity into the Bright Green Cannabis Inc Wyoming entity

On 2/20/18, Mork made a Delaware business entity named Bright Green Cannabis Inc

Presumably some time after 2/20/18, Mork moved the shell from Wyoming to Delaware.

Because according Mork's now deleted website, the GNCC shell became a Delaware business entity and was sold to new ownership (the Lynn Stockwell group). Prior to being sold, Mork had the GNCC shell advertised for sale at $175,000.

Needless to say, Dempsey Mork does a lot of funny business with his hijacked shells.

I think the reason why Mork shuffles his shells around through multiple domiciles is so that he can effect name changes along the way in the hopes of fooling FINRA and prospective buyers of the shell into not realizing the shell's dirty past.

I sent a bunch of stuff in to FINRA showing them all the Dempsey Mork nonsense he is doing with his shells.

The next day they deleted GOHG so that was a good sign. I'm pretty sure they are paying attention to the GNCC nonsense too.

Lynn Stockwell bought a worthless shell from Dempsey Mork and I highly, highly doubt she'll ever be able to get FINRA to approve any kind of name/symbol change for the junky GNCC shell.

Stockwell may have already given up on trying to use the worthless GNCC shell since I see that she hasn't bothered even making an effort to do any filings or updates to the GNCC OTC markets page.
