I've spent some time trying to understand the BTD timelines once an application is granted and agree with those that believe the FDA makes it's decision in 60 days.

However, if the company gets a non-Designation Letter, which is sent out with an explanation provided by the FDA on why it was denied, the company can resubmit. This makes the time line much longer in reality. You have two periods of 60 days coupled with whatever time the company took to ready the resubmission. We just have no idea where the company is in this process. It's impossible to know for sure about the current status of the attempt to gain BTD status for Brilacidin OM.

Just like it's impossible for any of us to know the Prurisol ph2b trial results until the company reports them.

We can speculate, but, none of us know at this point. But, I do understand your concerns when seeing current share price. None of us expected it to be this low at this point in time.
