It has been more than 3 years.

The way that I understand the NOL tax laws, it is necessary to wait at least 3 years before the NOLs can be used in such transactions such as 'reverse mergers' or other ways.

It is has now been more than 3 years. So, it seems that if anything is going to happen with Couchman and the NOLs, then it will probably happen fairly soon. I don't know why the Couch Man would wait much longer. He has had 3 years to line up another company for the reverse merger.
