Instead of going for MGON, I would have spend all that money and energy into name change/ticker change of the first venture - MSMY

There was no need for him to go for another company. First start the channel/program or a TV show whatever. Get it profitable and then you spin it off into another entity.

Accomplishing too many things at one time. Well, he learnt his lessons now.....If you think it is going to create administrative hurdles I still think it's better to cancel the deal now than regretting later...
