Appeal to the Supreme Court! Snicker. They will never hear this case and you will be out of money by then. Patent TROLL DONE! Even if the appeals court gives you some light then what? It goes back to the same district court judge who will simply make up another opinion that finishes you. Then what happens another appeal? Years and years and you are broke. FINISHED! In my opinion.
