That process is a revision to the FS with signatures from the appropriate qualified persons. None of this is based on Niocorp's desires or preferences. It is what is legally required. I don't know how other junior mining companies operate but the management of Niocorp does not cut corners.

Ugh! I really do not look forward to the extra months and expense of developing a revised FS
