Someone with a huge amount of shares in hand is in position to take a chance to risk losing (forfeit) some tolerable expendable fraction (3 big sells, bang bang bang) so that they can exploit the fear it creates and possibly pick up more shares at a lower price as their manufactured carnage unfolds. Meanwhile, true longs aren't buying as freely in great volume because they are heavily invested already with no guarantees that all will turn out well.

Those strategic kinds of large sells at dropping prices ($.37 in this set of three bombs) can scare a lot of the more recent LONGS who have not held long enough to have LONG TERM tax advantages yet. This is because after the reverse split a whole new strata of investors came in and bought discounted shares that are now beginning to lose them money as well. These are the people who are folding their cards and the market is flushing them out from their positions while JBZY continues not to release the earnings, PR, etc... to lend support.

Penny stocks are bought to be sold, flipped. 90% or more of them lose people money for the people who bought in in the end. Our ranks of true longs are optimistically defying the natural history of penny stocks. The gamble is becoming quite interesting for those who did not over reach too aggressively and can still pay for their living expenses and necessities and can still afford to continue to hold onto their
"scarce" shares (they maybe even buy more with great confidence). I doubt new shares are flooding the float. It's cut throat capitalism. Many beginning to buy now may have known upfront to wait and pass up the S.13 bargains of yesteryear. They kept their powder dry. Who would have known among the likes of us.

Perhaps the clandestine signal has been sounded for the intended benefactors to descend upon the market while the susceptible current 2nd generation of owners squirm not to lose their early Post RS gains. These are the people whose lesser priced STOPS could be raided next week just before the bell rings. Wait for the large sells below even $.37 because the tree still has some golden leaves to be re-located into the pockets of a well placed 3rd generation of investors.
