It's probably hard for him to run two scams at the same time. He has to let VCPS cool off first, then after he's done with the ETER scam currently in the works, he'll be back here to run another dilution scam.
I'm sure Peter will find a way, just like he did when he conveniently changed the name of the company back in 2015. This is the only way criminals like him make money. Selling worthless shares and jumping from company to company not doing a damn thing.
