Sionix Corp (SINX)

I'm not sure if this company even exists anymore - there have been zero SEC filings in years, and their Sionix SOS website for their fracking water treatment facility in Montana is longer active (since they formed Sionix Oilfield Solutions, no information has come out since). Somebody told me years ago to invest in this; it was some of the worst advice I ever received. I'll readily admit I don't invest in penny stocks often, and I learned my lesson on this one (sour grapes, I know). I'm not sure exactly how penny stocks are regulated, if at all, but it seems like you have the ability to buy/sell shares of a company that no longer operates.
