While the final price for the NSAV share buyback/buyout isn't fixed yet, it will be nowhere near the normal (at best) 10 to 20% above the market price. It will be substantially more than that or many times more than that.

In the case of many of these tender offers, the investors/buyers, try to pick up large blocks of shares at below market prices. In the very best cases, shareholders may get offered 10 to 20% above the market price. This will not happen with NSAV.

As many of you are aware, especially in the OTC, there are many funds, investors and companies that try to buy large blocks of shares from shareholders in off market transactions. These transactions are know as tender offers or more specifically, mini-tenders.

My advisers and I agree, that to start with several hundred million shares at the beginning makes the most sense. If all goes well, then we keep going. I will only do what is in the best interest of NSAV and it's shareholders.

I know all of you would like to have billions of shares bought back and retired tomorrow. Me too. However, that is not realistic. As with any new program, we must start in a reasonable manner and see how it goes.
