$NNRX- VitEssentials Global Merger-DD PACKAGE

Website has changed ownership from Jonathon Bishop, current CEO of both Vitessetials Global Inc and Nutranomics Inc, to a separate entity as of August 7 of 2018.

Phone number for Nutranomics listed on OTCmarkets.com was changed on 8/27/2018 to the same listed number for Vitessentials Global.

888-935-0530, I suggest giving them a call and hearing their customer service reception. I have not seen a similar answering service on a stock at this level since I have been trading. It is a very nice system.

Privacy Compliance Officer for VitEssentials Global Inc is listed as "Jason@goingpublic101.com" See here located in Section 2 and under Questions and Contact Information.

If you look at the location of the companies on these links it varies from source to source sometimes placing Nutramonics Inc at the current address of Vitessentials Global Inc. Nutranomics is also listed in Gladstone, Oregon.

$NNRX- To get an Idea of Revs for Vitessentials

DoTerra Holdings is a similar oil based supplement supplier which did 1.2 Billion in annual revenues. See first sentence of article here. https://www.forbes.com/sites/devinthorpe/2016/05/25/doterra-reinvents-supply-chain-for-impact-on-poverty/#63120b8d5c43

A company doing 1.2 Billion complained that the bottling of Vitessentials product was too similar to their products.

DoTerra vs. Vitessentials, 2:17-cv-01238, is a case that took place of May of 2018 over trademark rights. The case is available on pacermonitor.com for 15 cents a document but I will break down the major documents here.

In the complaint, DoTerra states that Vitessentials products have been causing "irreparable harm" to their "market position." They were shaking a 1.2B annual revenue company to the point where it was irreparable in DoTerra's words. Once again, this complaint was filed over the bottling of the product not the actual product being sold by Vitessentials Global.

Final Decision Document. Vitessentials settled out of court and has sense changed the label of their products which can be seen on their website and is now brown. Outside of the US they can still use label. They must pay damages, only for the time that they used that specific trade dress, for an amount that has not been set yet.

Bottom Line- Vitessentials was generating so much revenue that it caused a company that generates multi-millions in revenue each day to take a shot at them. Vite is successful and this case is proof of that. Damages will not hurt future revenues, which seem to be very impressive from the rhetoric used by DoTerra in the court case.

This is a crazy play, go read the case files and you will see that they made a significant dent. VitEssentials has cemented its place in the Vitamin market at this point.

Just my opinion, found the case files today. Do your OWN DUE DILIGENCE and DO NOT BUY OR SELL OFF OF MY OPINION. Go check the case files out.

Please PM me if you have something you want to add, it is appreciated.

To the MOON IMO. Good Luck to All.
