The answer is actually defined in the financials of TGGI I believe the 1st quarter report.
TGGI and Cannabis has an agreement to share ownership and revenue of the device only. The revenue will be split 50/50 between the two companies and any patents obtained will be owned 50/50 as well.
TGGI does not receive any other revenue from Cannabis other then from the sale of the devices.
Cannabis has the ability to place the product in hundreds of locations and manufacture the mixture for the devices. Cannabis can either infuse the mixture with CBD or THC and use its distribution channels to sell the products.
TGGI can setup sales teams anywhere to add to what Cannabis can do.
