Not sure if you realize, but MMEX is a share-selling scam. There won't be any financing - sub-penny, OTC shell companies with no business operations, no assets, no employees, and huge losses and liabilities don't make good investments, especially for tens to hundreds of millions in debt-based financing.

This is the nature of sub-penny scams. Pumped, run up, then crash, along with the lather-rinse-repeat cycle of death-spiral financing.

Not sure if you realize but last year when MMEX had its massive run (.0012-.054) it was the second-largest run ever on the OTC in that short period of time..

I know I was there..

and that was simply on speculation of a Refinery being built in Texas imagine when the financing is announced.. and this turns real..
