Is WMT paying CNBC to whore them in PR news I ask??

Today CNBC going on about WMT increasing toy sales 30% for Christmas due to Toys R Us gone; yet NEVER one word from them about JC Penneys (JCP) who ALREADY refashioned 500 stores to do just that and in SEC filings and having Toys and Kids R Us type venue in 500 stores......???
