The key to Vertical strategy is niche software that targets uncontested, specialty market segments in a "not one size fits all" diversified market position. One interesting nuance is the ease of Vertical space entry because huge client development costs can typically be avoided by simple word-of-mouth spreading the better mousetrap message among other players in the same narrow niche.

I expect that IIIV will continue its M&A initiatives into more diversified Vertical spaces and such ventures will continue to propel top line sales growth. The advantage of custom software platforms tailored to individual sectors is higher margins for subscription due to offsetting client savings from specialized platform content.

Three analysts remain highly bullish on IIIV. Looking like liftoff here, IMO.
