Donald MacIntyre Chairman, President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries, Don brings a depth of corporate experience and understanding to Renewable Energy & Power, Inc. In addition to founding a number of companies and piloting them through their early growth periods, Don has served as CEO of several electronic companies during their successful buy-outs by Black & Decker. He has worked with Cypress Semiconductor, and was the founder of the publicly traded company Stars Microelectronics Thailand Ltd. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northrop Institute of technology. Don holds over 14 patents in semiconductor technology, multiple patents in semiconductor equipment and process, and was named a Silicon Valley Guru for technological achievement.

Bruce Parsons CFO & Treasurer
Bringing over 33 years experience in the fields of aerospace and semiconductors, Bruce is Renewable Energy & Power Inc.’s CFO and Treasurer. Beginning his career with Fairchild Semiconductor (now ON Semiconductor), Bruce has experience in all aspects of the power and energy industry, including programming, product, sales, marketing, administration and finance. Over the course of his career he has worked with GTE Sylvania, Phillips Industries, LSI Logic, Best Electronics and Probe Array Corporation. as Program/Product/Sales/Marketing/Administration/Finance Mgr. at Fairchild, GTE Sylvania, Signetics, Philips, LSI Logic, Best Electronics and Probe Array Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree from Stanford University.

Bruce MacIntyre Secretary, Director & VP of Marketing
Formerly a Copy Editor for Big Eight accounting firms Touche-Ross and Coopers & Lybrand, Bruce serves as corporate secretary and Director of Marketing for Renewable Energy & Power, Inc. Transitioning from accounting to the semiconductor industry, Bruce has worked with Amedyne and Ling Electronics as both a technical writer and Marketing Director. Previously a partner with CA based computer chip upgrade manufacturer Macmanco, Bruce holds a B.A. from Boston University with Honors in English Language and Literature.

Perry Barker Director & VP of Sales
A Director at Renewable Energy & Power, Inc. since October 2010, Perry has a long record in the wind power and alternative energies fields. For the past five years he has served as National Sales Manager for technological products with the company. A Director with WindPower Innovations, Inc. and XH Industries, Inc. since September 2009, he also serves as a Director at NexGen Holdings Corp. Mr. Barker earned a B.A. in Business from Carnegie Mellon University.
