The private placement in Feb 2017 was one share and one warrant @.50 expiring in 2020. The current private placement is one share and 1/2 warrant @.60 also expiring 2020. (Prices are in US dollars)

The terms of this recent placement are more favorable to the seller and at the very least indicate more confidence by the seller. I would argue that the confidence was justified by the fact the placement was expanded the day after it was offered.

My hope is that we will see funding by years end and this private placement will serve to keep work progressing until some form of major funding lands.
