$70-95M is the plant assessed value. We don't know what price a potential buyer will put on all other assets, customers, know-how, intangibles. So, if you take $80M for plant + a very conservative $20M for everything else the buy-out price would be $100M. Deduct debt we are left with $35M. Divide this by 130M shares you will get 26 cents/share.
