Before you post please check the due diligence stickies at the top. The values in 10K does not mean much one way or the other. We always take PwC reports as a basis for valuation. If you check the first report you will see that the assessed value of the plant is between $70-95M USD when operational (not liquidated). The debt is $65M everything put together. Our investment hypothesis is based on our reasoning that a strategic buyer would buy the company as a whole and will take into account intangible assets (patents, customers) as well as ongoing revenues (over $20M at 25% capacity), know-how of employees (kerp requirement), NOLs when submitting their bids.
