One variable a lot of posters here are not considering


This Bankruptcy hearing is in a Canadian courtroom with a Canadian Judge


Most if not ALL Canadian Judges have shareholder interests in their final decisions

I doubt shareholders will get $1/share ...thats $129 Million

but I could see perhaps $.40
