"Hope NASDAQ doesn't give CITRON and these lawsuits much weight. But it could certainly kill the listing. We'll just have to sit and wait.

If it kills the listing this thing is going down for a while."

Unfortunately that's a very real possibility but that sort of thinking is contrary to the ongoing pump that the Nasdaq up-list is a given.
