I'd like to see the base you refer to. There hasn't been one.

There has been tremendous damage over a long period of time. Much repair is needed before credibility can be given to any upward move.

Assuming it does break through $.05 and remain above, it must go thru $.10 in order to reverse the intermediate term trend. That'll be momumental to expect given the congestion between here and there. A blowout piece of news would have to be released.
Otherwise this latest move with the volumn with it could signal just another blowoff which occurred twice before continuing its downtrend.
The stock is in a loooooooong downward trend and w/o anything else to go by, there's no fundamental or technical reason it will not continue.

I'll bring up the chart to show my point.

And BTW charts are helpful even in pennyland. Would be a mistake to discount their value.
