He controls the price of the stock issuance. He gave away 945 million shares for .0001 when the stock price was around .002.

To me that screams of something very wrong here.

How many more hundreds of millions of shares is he going to give away for .0001 to 'accredited investors'??

Who are these 'accredited investors'?? Family? Friends? Business associates? Himself? Who?? Why won't he tell us? Why won't he release a PR clarifying the matter? Why won't he release the 2016 and 2017 financials as promised?
