Easy on the pumping CB. Cryoport is still cashflow negative and will likely remain so for a few more quarters, so the offering is a prudent move. You are certainly justified to be wary of this management team, but I’m fairly confident they will put the funds to good use. .. you know, a few million for salary raises, stock compensation expenses, etc. The prospectus identifies the “Use of Proceeds”: “We intend to use the proceeds from this offering for the global expansion of our logistics centers and for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, sales and marketing activities, general and administrative matters, as well as potential strategic acquisitions.”

Not sure what you consider huge, but this is what Shelton said earlier this month: “we filed our five new patents and one of those is a new product demand. Two of them are affectedness and two of them are revolutionary to the industry.” Anyone else think at least one of these is a blockchain patent?
