I couldn't follow most of that and I have an aversion to spending time reading footnoted tables that are missing their footnotes but I did think this called for a response even if you didn't "expect any answers":

I won't repeat the lengthy explanation that I provided within the last few days but there basically is no legal definition of "material event" that would apply here.


Maybe I should also disabuse you of this idea:

Aspire couldn't change the existing agreement without IPIX signing off on the change and filing an amendment to the agreement or terminating it, which would also require a filing.
