Everyone file a complaint with SEC & FINRA.
The only hope is the Feds step in and arrest these crooks.

Correct me if I am wrong---
The Nevada Corp filing, had 7 Trillion shares on hand, at a face value of 0.0001 each. ABWN went thru a 5 Billion share dilution, and then a reverse split of 30,000:1. They applied to FINRA to do FIVE (5) 30,000:1 R/S !!! It was all set up from the start!! No accountant would predict that you could ever need Five reverse splits, and I doubt if any corporation has ever had 7 Trillion shares!!! Or, screwed it's shareholders with a 30K:1 reverse split.

I predict there is another dilution coming, they have plenty of stock on the books to release more, very soon, and then another RS. This will be repeated until the patent is denied.

It appears this was a scam from the start, they did some VERY FANCY advertising to make it appear as though it was legit, but these directors could not run a pay toilet. Very elaborate setup, but in the end, they showed their true faces.

So went my 18.5 Million shares. Hope they rot in Hell.

They are like Gregory Podlucky and his Latrobe, PA bottled water company who scammed banks for almost $900m with phony books. At least he got over 20 years.
