Cold, I wasn’t saying I think that Cryoport will be an acquirer. I was saying that in general, a company won’t do a large financing that would discourage an acquirer if they are open to being acquired taking on large debt at an unfavorable rate). The type of deal (debt,equity, terms, etc.) can provide some insight to outsiders. The type of financing Cryoport just announced will not dissuade another company from acquiring Cryoport, which was actually a good move by management.

And thanks for the Brooks news. Didn’t see that one but agree they certainly could be a player. I will add that I’ve thought for some time that AmerisourceBergen was the most likely suitor, and their latest deal hasn’t changed my opinion, but probably pushes it further down the road.
