Honestly, my thought is that the share structure is so thin, it only takes a few million of buys to cause exponential changes in the indicators/chart. The sad fact is if you took the BRNE share structure and chart and put it with a real company with real management, it would be at 01 easy. Management has gone dormant here, and doesn't have the decency to explain. This really does look like a serial disappointment.
