This company posted the 2nd Qt 10Q most of the others have not!If the proposal being introduced into Congress that will prohibit the Feds from interfering with States that have legalized pot gets passed it will open up the market to institutional investors as well as others just waiting to see if they should take the risk. This proposal would not legalize pot and force states to deal with pot if they do not want to. Just like alcohol some states have dry counties even though alcohol is legal.
