I have been researching AMZA to see if it was at risk of a distribution cut.

I can't find anything that reflects that risk. There is a Seeking Alpa poster that of course is spouting doom and gloom, but I don't see the risk at the moment.

AMZA paid $.52 a quarter for over 4 years since the funds inception. They converted to a monthly $.11 that the fund managers believe is a sustainable distribution. The funds NAV is increasing as energy has been rebounding. Plus they bring in income via other leverage positions other than just the MLP portfolio.

What does everyone else think?

I hope I am right because I have been picking up a significant position, to help me pay for my kids college loan bills..... ugh. LOL
