Scumbag, I think you let MDIN management or detriment, whatever you wanna call it, get to you.

In the biz of trading these little POS's we have to expect the worst and hope for the best.

Personally, I've made money off the name over the years, however I never bet more than what will bother my sleep at night.

At some point you gotta let go and not dwell on the dastardly facts.

I still own 10 mill shares(not that much really), but I have basically written it off as a loss in my mind and don't really track it anymore. I have an alert set just in case.

I didn't really care about MDIN when this whole SEC thing started and I don't care about it now.
