Understanding Security Tokens

I highly recommend these two pretty short articles on understanding security tokens. As you know ImpactPPA is selling security tokens under REG D as part of the effort that if successful could help our WSTI here.

I have been brushing up on this myself, having a basic knowledge but I think it is good to know how it all works.
