To the frustrated posters who are "demanding that management be straight with us" regarding the difficulties (if any, we just don't know) they are encountering in getting financing done. Think about what you are asking for. Do you seriously want them to undermine there negotiating position by admitting they are struggling? Do you seriously want to see the share price crater after such an admission and the resulting extra dilution when financing happens? Our management team is comprised of major shareholders whose interests are entirely allied with ours and their behavior and communications have been completely appropriate.

To the posters calling this pp "good news". On June 24th I was teaching my 4 year old how to use a calendar. After awhile his eyes got big and he became very excited. I asked him why and he said, "Daddy, tomorrow is the 25th! It's Christmas!" I had to break his little heart and explain that Christmas was one day... AND 6 months away. That's how I felt yesterday. He got over his disappointment fairly quickly and I will too.
